A consistent yoga practice is your superpower! And we are here to support you in that.

Committing to regular practice with a small group of friends or fellow practitioners is really giving yourself relaxation, effortlessness, strength, agility, balance and energy. All of these juicy benefits flow from a consistent yoga practice. Together, we create a good foundation for all transformation and growth to spring from.

With guidance from the teacher and continuous practice, we can be totally present in the experiences in our lives. Everything becomes our practice.

Small group classes are for you if you are looking for a committed group of practitioners that go and grow together.

How it works:

Join an existing group or create your own practising group for live online yoga classes weekly with Estie. Our Small Group Classes allow for making a consistent yoga practice with personalised guidance from the teacher and loving support from friends. Take class from the comfort of home or anywhere in the world!

What kind of yoga do we practice?

These classes are personalised and catered to your group, so our asana practice will look and feel different depending on who comes to class!

Estie shares yoga as passed on to her by her teachers at the Ayurveda Yoga Academy in South Korea, carrying in her heart that yoga is not only about technique, but about meditation and giving love. We accept anything that will help us transform. 

Yoga really is the best gift for our bodies!

Any level of practitioner can participate in the Small Group Class program. Classes are offered in-person and online!

I started Yoga with Estie in February 2021. Before I started practicing with Estie I suffered from back pain, very bad hip pain and overall stiffness of my body. About me

Hello! I am Estie, your yoga instructor and group leader.

This is a time of friends teaching friends, and what better opportunity to share our lives than through a yoga practice! I started practising yoga about 10 years ago, and some of the strongest and most meaningful relationships in my life have come from yoga connections.

I’ve always had a passion for exploration, and have been travelling around South Africa and the world for a good couple of years now. Curiosity led me to yoga, and the explorer turned inwards. I continue to learn and grow with each new group and each new experience.

I share yoga as passed on to me by my teachers, carrying in my heart that yoga is not only about technique, but about meditation and giving love. We accept anything that will help us transform. 

I have been trained in and combine a number of traditional yoga styles to guide each practitioner towards a steady and comfortable posture. Whatever your group’s goals are; whether you are here for stress relief, improved posture, changing your weight, recovery and healing, building strength and improved flexibility, a deeper understanding of yoga, improved mental health, a lifestyle change or just spending purposeful time with friends, we can do that – together!

I would love to work with you and welcome you into our practising community, where you can really enjoy the benefits of making yoga a part of your lifestyle.
