I started Yoga with Estie in February 2021. Before I started practicing with Estie I suffered from back pain, very bad hip pain and overall stiffness of my body. After attending class on a regular basis I soon found that my back pain and hip pain was something of the past. My overall experience is that I am more in touch with my body and mind. “I’ve been wanting to try Yoga for ages and have been a bit reluctant since I am not that fit or flexible.
